Big changes have happened in my small little world. We (my manfriend, tiny tornado, and I) moved from small town Arkansassy to big town colorful Colorado. We had 32 days. 32 days to not only pack up all our lives but 32 days to remodel, say our goodbyes, and still manage to go on with a semi normal schedule. Chaotic to say the least. After being here a little over a week, I have learned several things. Number 1: this apartment living thing is nothing like Sex andthe City, Seinfeld, or Friends made it out to be. 2: People who don't know you could seriously give two flying flips if your car is broke down, and you have things to do. 3: I can do this. Really. I can!!! I was terrified of moving for obvious reasons; Umm hi, hello, I moved away from any and everything ive ever known, Im unemployeed and staying home with my Midge who now runs circles around me leaving me frazzled and cross eyed. Shes actually in bed with us now and in last hour she leaned over and spit a mouthful of throw up on my shoulder, head butted me in the nose, and kicked me in the sternum. Rooooooough! Anywho, so in all this mess im telling you, not only will I be doing my normal blogs, but now this will also be used as a page to keep people who care to keep up with the Turnheimers updated on the everyday funnies.
